answers1: school of the art institute in chicago, like the other guy
said. almost everyone i know who wants to go to art school wants to go
there.
also RISD-rhode island school of design is really good.
answers2: Check out Academy of Art University in San Francisco, CA. I
have been getting my MFA in figurative painting there. They offer the
same degrees online as they have on campus (which is what I'm doing,
since I live so far away!), and they are properly accredited. They
have a great Illustration department, with professors that have worked
in the industry for many years. Their website is:
answers3: I would highly recommend CalArts and RISDY
answers4: The School of the Art Institute of Chicago is considered one
of (if not the) best art school in the country.

btw it's art college not collage, lol!
answers5: Check out the main website for the Art Institutes. They're
pretty good, and they will help you find the school that best fits
your interests. California is buzzling with job opportunities, but the
competition is very high. I chose to go to an art school on the east
coast (it's a little calmer). But it all depends on what you like. Do
you like warm weather? Cold weather? Big cities? Beautiful campuses?
Do you even want to study in the U.S? I studied marble sculpture in
Florence, Italy last year. There are so many opportunies and different
directions that you can go in! Good luck! -Abigail
answers6: RINGLING.
ITS IN FLORIDA
answers7: <a href="http://www.maxthemutt.com/"
rel="nofollow"class=Clr-b>http://www.maxthemutt.com/ this is the
school I go to and I'm a huge advocate of it. It focuses on good
foundational drawing skills, the first year has 9 hours of life
drawing a week alone. I'm in the Classical animation program, but they
have a sequential arts program as well.
It's a very hard core school, all of the teachers have worked in the
industry yet are very personable. I've had teachers take personal time
on a number of occasions to help me with difficulties I've been
having, and my animation teacher even offered the students with
high-passes free animation lessons on her own time.
The most important thing in finding a school is finding one that
suits your personality. Everybody learns in a different way, some like
to take their time, others like myself work best under pressure. Good
luck finding one that suits you, I found this school when I was
searching for an animation program just by requesting information
packages from all the schools I could find online.
