Toya Braskett: you can try to make paper stars.craft stores sell the paper for it(which is really just strips of paper with color on one side) but you can cut out your own.origami paper cut into 6 inch strips work best.but you can experiment.if you make a lot, you can fill a clean clear glass jar with a cork full of them of string them into window or door curtains.this video shows you how to do it.its really quite simple.http://www.metacafe.com/watch/299016/how_to_make_o......Show more
David Boehler: How about something with beach sand?Take any kind of dish, or glass jar. Fill about 1/3 with sand, then add a few pebbles washed smooth from the beach (or purchased), sea shells, bits of drift wood.I'v! e seen some of these done with a candle placed into the center. Great for summer night parties.Others, I've seen with cactus or types of "grass" that will grow in sand, which you can ask someone at a nursery about....Show more
Donella Vasta: i took all my old magazines, cut out pictures i liked of things that are cool looking, different words, and stuff that i liked and made a huge collage on my door, it takes up most of it and i'm not done yet. plus it tells people about you.
