Cassondra Vanholland: Wine coolers are flavored beer. There is no wine in wine coolers. They are malt liqours which is a fancier term for beer. Just as smirnoff ice has no vodka (it is flavored beer) wine coolers have no wine. You will notice that the labes on so called "wine coolers" such as Bartles and James no longer say wine cooler they now say "flavored cooler." Coleman Petropoulos: THEY ARE NOT BEER AND SOON WILL NOT BE CALLED BEER. THE FACT THE ALCOHOL IS DERIVED FROM GRAIN DOES NOT MAKE THEM BEER. They are flavored alcohol beverages and that is all not wine and not beer.
Dick Ovdenk: It is malt duck. Pretty nice fer a younger crowd or a date. It is similar in strength to Smirnoff ice mango. A mango and passion fruit combo.
