Caroyln Ebach: I like consistent however now that I'm diabetic, now not going to drink it. It's in order that stuffed with sugar and rather unhealthy for you. So I enable myself restrained vitamin some thing on the grounds that the vitamin stuff isn't well for you both. Who on this planet hooked us on soda? It is terrible stuff. . .

Solomon Belback: I think the daily recommended is like 35-40 g or something.

Coleman Ocegueda: I only like diet moutain dew. But i also don't like dark sodas.

Barton Slisz: No way if you are going to diet drink water.

Deangelo Marchak: Creatine only aids in gaining muscle mass, not losing weight.

Solomon Belback: I do like diet soda, but I have heard that they make you hungrier!! When people drink diet sodas at meals they tend to eat more than those who drink regular. But yea. If you want a drink that has zero calories...stick to water.

Lynn Melbourne: Yes..diet over regular for fun!Diet Dr.Pepper tastes li! ke cr_p! Get real, it's totally diet..was a big disappointment!

Randolph Lozoya: does it really help u lose alot of weight

Deangelo Marchak: Diet sodas are a good substitute too regular soda's water is ALWAYS 100% better than any drink but beware. Diet Dr. Pepper is not good for you. You ever notice how it does not taste diet AT ALL. Don't mess with diet Dr. Pepper but the others should be ok. I myself don't drink but 2 diet sodas a week becuase diet soda makes me bloted.

Tracy Huesso: About 25 grams, but you need about 4000mg of Omega 3 which is a good fat.

Kristina Brockwell: I do...I prefer Diet Coke to regular Coke.

Roland Stampley: I like the taste of regular sodas more, but the amount of sugar in them is disgusting. My favorite is CokeZero.

Corrina Faro: yes i do personally....its just because they have less calories and ess of basically everything else

Donte Liversedge: yes. but it is so bad for youhttp://www.sweetpoison.com/! aspartame-side-effects....

Lourie Mcroberts: about a tab! lespoon of oil.........5 gms

Cecil Derenzi: Yes but it is not really sustainable and you are more likely to put the weight back on later. What you want to do is lose weight slowly.

Leticia Laiben: With weight liftingcardio

Ginny Trickett: Yeah, eat any less and you're at risk of starving. To Death. 1500 might be more sustainable if you find yourself tempted to binge. Exercise also helps. Eat healthy food. Don't get thinner than a BMI of 20. 25/26 is longest living.

Shandi Wedge: whats the amount u need?
