Providencia Serpe: I hope and pray it passes, I mean it will positively change so many lives. I don't think people understand how frustrating and sad it is to want a higher education so badly but be so restricted not because you're not a good student or a hard worker but simply because you're not here legally. I think people just need to give these students a chance so they can show others their potential.
Jana Sakasegawa: Don't worry a lot of people are fighting for it and DREAM will come through this year.
